They do not operate a portal system which means you'll need to fax or email your timesheets every week - but that's not a great hardship.

Provided your expenses are "wholly, exclusively and necessarily in the performance of your duties" and you submit legitimate VAT receipts, you could claim back the costs for; mileage, accommodation, subsistence, tools, protective and safety wear, professional fees and courses, mobile phone calls and other incidentals.
To claim back expenses, all you need to do is complete an expense form and send the form with original VAT receipts to us each week by post. We will also send you a new expense form with each payslip.

Get paid whilst on holiday
As an employee, you are entitled to 28 days paid holiday each year. Each time Sterling Solutions process a payment for you, we automatically put aside a small percentage of your pay to cover the 28 days you are allowed by law. So, even when you are on holiday you'll still get paid with what you have retained.
No administration, no stress.
As a part of our service Sterling Solutions will complete paperwork for you. We will invoice the agency we are sub-contracting you to, ensure you are paid promptly and issue all statutory year end documentation. We will also complete any employment and mortgage references, government forms and any other related paperwork on your behalf.

As an employee of Sterling Solutions you have access to a whole range of expert advisors and insurance products. We have a dedicated Health and Safety team and in house HR team to help with any issues you may have.
Insurance to protect you
We provide Personal Accident, Employers Liability and Public Liability insurance as standard and you have the option to choose Professional Indemnity insurance should you require it.
Also, if you are contracting abroad or offshore, additional insurance is available. The cover is worldwide with the exclusions of USA/Canada and War torn countries.
