We deduct full PAYE, tax and National Insurance contributions and sit entirely outside the MSC legislation and any connected liabilities or debt transfer provision. Our workers are not affected by the IR35 legislation, so bringing full peace of mind to Agencies and End-Clients.
SmartWork provides its flexible employees with a comprehensive, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm support service. We take new enquiries from Agencies and Clients, conclude contracts, receive timesheets, process all invoices and expenses, and provide all other aspects of our service guaranteed under the unique SmartWork SLA.
