Who are Redfox Contracting? We are an umbrella company. We help contractors like you grab more time to themselves, while retaining more net pay

Is there a cost to join Redfox?Applying to join Redfox is free. Once you are a Redfox employee, we will deduct a fee of £24 a week to give you complete piece of mind as far as income tax, paperwork, insurance, IR35 and MSC legislation are concerned.

Who do I send my timesheet to? Once you are a Redfox employee, you will have access to a dedicated support team who will give you all the support and advice you need.

How do I get paid? You get paid weekly, on a Friday by BACS. This is conditional on us having received the payment from your agency. We can also offer a quicker same day CHAPS payment on Fridays, for an additional £10.

Will you still charge me when I am on holiday? The fee of £24 per week is only applicable when we process an agency timesheet on your behalf. If there is a week when you do not submit a timesheet, no fee is payable.

What happens if I want to leave? You can leave at any time. There are no penalties or any hidden costs and there is no minimum contract period.

What can I claim back as expenses? Please go to the Expenses page to get a broad idea of the business expenses. You'll be delighted to know that our weekly fee is a tax deductible expense.
