Lester Sybersolve have been in the industry for many years. Their expenses policy is very generous - you've just got to make sure you can justify your business claims if asked by the tax man. The explanation of their services is quite brief but acceptable. Not every contractor wants to know everything that's going on behind the scenes!
Their website is easy to follow and has enough information for the first timer. They do not operate a portal system which means you'll need to fax or post your timesheets every week - but that's not a great hardship.
