They explain their services in clear simple terms and have a good grasp of current legislation that affects you as a contractor. You get all the standard benefits (like sick pay) though as the insurances provided are a bit on the low side check your contract doesn't require higher levels of cover.
Their website is readable and makes sense to a newcomer though it couldn't claim to be the most comprehensive around. They're one of the more expensive umbrella companies at £130 and it's not that clear what you get for the extra you'll pay.
As a customer, you can access your personal records from their web-portal, at your convenience, as well as using it to submit your time-sheet details each month.
