Unusually for an umbrella company, Professional Indemnity insurance is not included in the package so you'll have to figure in that as a separate additional cost.

As a customer, you can access your personal records from their web-portal, at your convenience, as well as using it to submit your time-sheet details each month. 

Good pricing that includes some of the necessary insurances, (not Professional Indemnity) though check the required levels as the limits are quite modest.
