Cloud 9 umbrella company isn't bad. Nice bright website which explains the service well enough, but there is some information which will confuse the first-time contractor, perhaps.
Friendly and professinal on the phone.
Good levels of insurance.
Headline price is good value but the extras, like the tax return is exorbitant - unless the contractor has a wide portfolio of investments, multiple income sources and a complex financial background.
