Work2Live are friendly, confident & helpful. They make you feel welcome and explain things to you in simple English with little/no jargon. One of the many New Wave companies (started mid 2000's) who are offering more traditional services like a named customer services rep.
As part of the service they also offer; nursery vouchers, give as you earn scheme (church, charity etc.) and a range of optional benefits which include private medical insurance.
Work2Live are advised by several industry experts and claim to have found a way to "offer the flexibility of a limited company with the protection of an umbrella company" though that does sound like every other umbrella company out there.
Their website is presented well (though quite 'intensive') and just about makes sense to a newcomer. Started by ex contractors it does seem to be aimed at those who already have an understanding of the industry, rather than the complete novice.
As a customer, you can access your personal records from their web-portal, at your convenience, as well as using it to submit your time-sheet details each month.
