I am new to using umbrella companies. I am looking at taking a contract in Brussels. Can I claim my housing expenses in Brussels?

Yes you can claim provided:
- The contract is for 24 months or less.
- You intend to stay with the umbrella company and work on further contracts once this contract has come to an end.
- You are maintaining a home in the UK.
- You have not been working in Brussels during the 24 months leading up to this contract.
